2. What we collect
2.1 Contact details: your name, email address, phone and WhatsApp number, Telegram number or username, and country.
2.2 Enquiry details: your answers to our quote questions, the business you plan to run, business activities, visa numbers and types, timelines, and messages you send us.
2.3 Engagement and compliance documents, when you engage us: passport and visa copies, photographs, Emirates ID, proof of address, bank statements, CVs and qualifications, marriage and birth certificates for family visas, shareholder and beneficial ownership details, and source-of-funds information.
2.4 Partner details, if you register as a partner: your contact details, referral activity and commission records.
2.5 Acceptance records: the version of our Terms and this Policy you accepted, the date and time, and the form used.
2.6 Payment records: invoices, payments and related correspondence.
2.7 Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser details, pages visited, how you arrived at our website (including referral and campaign tags), and how you interact with our pages.
3. How we collect it
Directly from you through our forms, calls, WhatsApp, Telegram and email; from partners who refer you to us; from authorities, free zones, banks and sub-agents in the course of the Services; and automatically through cookies and similar technologies on our website.
4. Why we use it
4.1 To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and contact you.
4.2 To perform the Services, including preparing and submitting applications to authorities, free zones and banks.
4.3 To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including identity, anti-money-laundering, sanctions and record-keeping requirements.
4.4 To run our partner programme, including attributing referrals and calculating and paying commissions.
4.5 To keep records of agreements and acceptances, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
4.6 To operate, secure and improve our website and to measure our marketing.
4.7 To send you updates about our services where permitted. You can opt out at any time.
We use your personal data where it is needed to take steps at your request or to perform our agreement with you, to comply with legal obligations, for the legitimate business interests described above, or with your consent where consent is required.
5. Who we share it with
5.1 Government authorities, free zone authorities, immigration and labor authorities and other public bodies, as needed for your applications.
5.2 Sub-agents, government liaison providers, typing centers and couriers who help us perform the Services.
5.3 Banks and financial institutions, where you ask us to help with an account.
5.4 Third-party providers we introduce you to, with your agreement.
5.5 If a partner referred you, that partner, limited to whether you engaged us and the amount you paid, so their commission can be calculated and paid.
5.6 Service providers who host and run our website, email, automation, databases, analytics and communication tools.
5.7 Professional advisers, and regulators, courts, law enforcement or other authorities where required or permitted by law.
5.8 A buyer or successor if our business is sold or restructured.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers store or process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your personal data is protected as required by applicable law.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, including for as long as required by applicable law and regulatory and record-keeping requirements, and to establish or defend legal claims. We then delete or anonymize it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Cookies, analytics and session recording
9.1 We use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used, and Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors interact with our pages, such as clicks, scrolling and navigation, so we can improve them.
9.2 Our website stores a small amount of information in your browser for up to 90 days: any partner referral code you arrived with, and how you first arrived at our website, so enquiries can be attributed correctly.
9.3 You can block or delete cookies and stored data through your browser settings. Some features may not work as intended if you do.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format, or withdraw consent where we rely on consent. Some requests may be limited where we must keep data to meet a legal obligation or to establish or defend a legal claim. To make a request, email [email protected]. 11. Children
Our website and services are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data about children, other than as part of a family visa application submitted by a parent or guardian.
